A.K.A. La Maison du Cordon is a restaurant with an original concept: to offer a range of 7 cordons bleus with different compositions and breadings, inspired by the region and the season. Alongside the “Tradi'”, its Alsatian version the “Robi'”: veal, munster cheese with gewurztraminer marc, smoked ham and pretzel breading; and this season, the new spring cordon bleu: breaded veal escalope (open), béchamel sauce, asparagus, gratiné with matured conté, Grisons meat. Everything in the program is homemade, right down to the daily suggestions and menus (starter/main course/dessert at €17.50, Tuesday to Friday).
