These general terms and conditions of use apply to all websites (hereinafter "the Sites"), mobile and tablet applications (hereinafter "the Applications") and/or their localized versions, published by Food and Good SAS (or referred to as Food&Good in the document).

Users declare that they have obtained all necessary information from Food and Good SAS before accessing the services offered by the Sites and/or Applications and unreservedly agree to these terms and conditions of use.

As a result, these terms and conditions of use govern the relationship between Food and Good SAS and any user of the Sites and/or Applications. These general terms and conditions of use apply from the first time the user connects to the Sites and/or Applications, and the user agrees to be bound by the rights and obligations herein without reservation. If you do not agree to these general terms and conditions of use, you are not authorized to use the Sites and/or Applications.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) define the rules for using the Food&Good RESA platform, which allows users to reserve a table at a partner restaurant.

2. Service offered

The platform allows users to
:- search for a
restaurant – check
availability – reserve a table online
– modify or
cancel a reservation – leave a review after their visit.

Food&Good acts solely as a technical intermediary between the restaurant and the user.

3. Reservations

When making a reservation, the user must provide accurate
information:- last name – first
name- phone
number- valid
email address- number of people-
dietary preferences and allergens

The restaurant may refuse or cancel a reservation in particular in the event
of:-
incorrect information –
abuse of reservations – failure to comply with the restaurant's
terms and conditions – dietary preferences and allergens that cannot be met

4. Cancellation or modification

Users may cancel or modify their reservations via
:- the link received by email
– the reservation
area – by telephone with the restaurant
Cancellation deadlines may vary depending on the restaurant.

5. No-show

If the user does not show up for their reservation without prior cancellation, the restaurant may apply
:- cancellation
fees – a charge to the user's
credit card – refusal of future reservations.

6. Payment or prepayment

Some restaurants may request
:- a credit
card imprint – a
deposit valid until the reservation date –
prepayment – a down payment.
These payments are processed by secure service providers.

7. Reviews and comments

Users may post reviews after their visit.
They agree to post content
that is:-
sincere – respectful
– non-defamatory.

Food&Good reserves the right to remove any inappropriate content.

8. Liability

Food&Good acts solely as a technical intermediary.

The company is not responsible
for:- the quality of the
restaurant's service – the prices
charged – changes or cancellations made by the restaurant

9. Personal data

Personal data is used to
:- manage reservations
– send confirmations
– improve the service
– provide information about the
establishment's services – send reasonable commercial information about the establishment or Food&Good via email.

Users have the right
to:- access

rectify – delete

10. Privacy Policy

Food&Good implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

10.b Cookies

The platform uses cookies for
:- the functioning of the site

statistics – improving the user experience.

Users can manage their cookie preferences via their browser.

11. Applicable law

Use of the Food&Good RESA service implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions of use.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
If no agreement can be reached, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Food&Good SAS at the time the dispute arises.

NO-SHOW POLICY – BANK IMPRINT – CANCELLATION

These terms and conditions may be displayed at the time of booking.

1 – Reservation policy

In order to guarantee table availability and avoid no-shows, certain reservations may require
:- a
credit card imprint – a deposit valid until
the date of the
reservation – prepayment – a down payment

2 – Credit card imprint

A credit card imprint may be requested at the time of booking.

This allows the restaurant to charge fees in the event
of:- late
cancellation – no-show

3 – Cancellation

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to a certain time specified at the time of booking.
After this time, fees may apply.

4 – No-show

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation
:- the restaurant may charge a fee per person reserved
.- The amount is indicated at the time of booking

5 – Payments

Payments are processed via secure service providers. Bank
details are not stored by Food&Good RESA.

6 – Acceptance

By confirming the reservation, the user accepts
:- the cancellation
policy – the anti-no-show policy –
any applicable fees

7 – Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
If no agreement can be reached, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Food&Good SAS at the time the dispute arises.

REVIEW MODERATION POLICY

1. Objective

Food&Good wishes to guarantee authentic and useful reviews for users.
Only people who have made a reservation may post a review.

2. Publication rules

Reviews must
:- be based on a real
experience – be respectful
– not contain
insults or defamatory comments – not contain advertising

3. Moderation

Food&Good may
:- delete a review-
suspend an account-
block a user

if the review
:- is false-
is abusive-
is fraudulent

4. Restaurant's right of reply

Restaurants may respond publicly to reviews.

5. Combating reservation abuse

In order to prevent abuse, Food&Good may:

– limit simultaneous reservations
– suspend a user account
– block users with multiple no-shows

6. Sanctions

In the event of repeated abuse, Food&Good may
:-
delete the user account – prevent access to the platform

7. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
If no agreement can be reached, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Food&Good SAS at the time the dispute arises.
