A passion for good food

Jade, your waitress, has been working in the restaurant business since 2016. With a background in law, she eventually opted for the restaurant business, whose human and sociable aspects were more in line with her personality and values. She was head waitress at Le Dix’vins in Belfort for 4 years, where she also shared her sommelier expertise.

Enzo, your chef, studied cooking, and it’s his various internships with fine establishments such as Le Chambard in Kayserberg and Le France restaurant in Villers-le-Lac, that have taught him the rigor and exacting standards of fine cuisine. He then moved to Sète in the Hérault region of France for 2 years to perfect his fish expertise. On his return to the region, he took up a position as a
chef at Dix’vins, where he meets Jade.
It was from this meeting of minds that Restaurant Le Lien was born.

 

Restaurant Le Lien sums up the philosophy of life and complicity that binds us all together. The link is the one that unites you when you come to eat with your friends or family, but also the one we create and maintain with our producers. Our restaurant is designed as a place for sharing, where a warm atmosphere reigns. We select our wines directly from the vines.
