We’re located in the heart of Colmar’s old town, just off the Place de la Cathédrale and a stone’s throw from the magnificent Pfister House.
Our aim is to offer you authentic Alsatian home cooking and seasonal suggestions. We highlight local products such as Munster cheese in dishes that have been emblematic of the house for over 40 years, such as “Roesti” in our own style, or jambonneau au Munster.
We have 2 atypically decorated rooms, one featuring local legends about witches and the other the tradition of copper cauldrons, as well as a pleasant terrace.
