The Casa Pietra restaurant makes its impact on customers, thanks to its bright and green interior setting, and the warm welcome of Amélie Stahl, the room manager. Chef Alexandre Bouchain’s bistronomic cuisine is profusely inspired, organic and local as possible. His career is rich: he cut his teeth at La Cambuse, in Strasbourg, continued at the Auberge de l’Ill, in Illhaeusern, then at the Casino Barrière complex in Ribeauvillé. Every day, the chef sublimates exceptional pieces from his partners-producers and the menu varies according to the seasons. At the moment, we hesitate between a nice butcher’s piece or a bluefin tuna steak.
Located in the southern commercial area of Sélestat – in the same building as the gym L’Étincelle – Casa Pietra is open for lunch, Monday to Friday, as well as evenings, Thursdays and Fridays.
