A craving for snails? Find all the products of the farm “Les Escargots de Caro” in Ostheim for direct sale.
At L’Échoppe de Caro, Carole and Nicolas raise snails and broiler poultry, and also offer organic eggs. Everything is sold directly on the farm and the processing laboratory allows them to develop different snail recipes themselves: tapenade or olive style to prick, Burgundy shells and frozen puff pastries to take away… They also revisited their specialty, the Croquille, with an amazing new flavor, fresher and lighter: the Crunk Lime-ginger, to try without delay!
