Craft beer from Alsace
The Le Centième Singe brewery is a microbrewery created in 2020 by Hugues and his son Vincent in the small village of Altwiller located in Alsace Bossue.
At the end of 2022, after 2 years of production at 100L/brew and renovation of an old barn into a brewing facility, the brewery relocated and increased its capacity to 500L/brew.
