Growing to serve you better
Founded in 1972, Maison Clergue has since been based on the Place de la Cathédrale in Colmar. Patisserie, confectionery and tea room, this small family-run business stays true to its values, offering family recipes made by hand.
While the downtown boutique welcomes more and more tourists, the company has just moved its lab to Sainte-Croix-en-Plaine and opened a small integrated store, which Marianne Clergue, granddaughter of the founders, is delighted to run. This new address offers pastries, sandwiches and snacks to local workers, and an easy pick-up point for regular customers.
Note: A catering service is planned for 2024!
