Craft and organic beer
Based in a valley in the Vosges mountains, the former principality of Salm, which still currently features three abbeys, the L’Opercule brewery has been brewing organic, artisanal beers since 2017.
The brewers are also beekeepers and use honey, the jewel of our mountains, for the refermentation of their beers in the bottle.
Honey carbonates the beer and softens the bitterness.
The sugar disappears, giving way to subtle honey fragrances with a floral aftertaste.
