In Rimbach-près-Guebwiller, the hotel-restaurant L’AO – L’Aigle d’Or, run by the Marck family since 1927, has been passed down from generation to generation. Since 2018, following her parents, Muriel has been supervising the dining room, while her husband Thibaut has been working in the kitchen. This winter, he and his team are working on local hunting products such as deer. This family osmosis, so dear to the couple, generates a beautiful synergy that grants customers good moments of escape and rejuvenation.
