O Kam Du Terroir

O Kam du terroir, run by Guillaume, is a fusion of two passions: cooking and farming.
The desire to share and discover the richness of the Vosges terroir with anyone who stops by the food truck or takes it private, always with the watchwords “home-made” and “local produce”.

Everything cooked at O Kam du Terroir (from beef to falafel to homemade sauces) is wrapped in a wheat and rye galette, the galette vosgienne, folded like a wrap, to be enjoyed without moderation.
For those with a sweet tooth or a craving for something crunchy, our homemade chips with a choice of sauces are the perfect accompaniment to our Vosges-style galettes.
