Moon Asia’s philosophy is based on this maxim: “To make a meal like a trip to the other side of the world”. Thai specialties prepared by chef Moon have been the restaurant’s hallmark for over 20 years: spicy dishes full of flavor, and some traditionally very spicy, at the risk of surprising. But Jean-Michel, in the dining room, knows how to take care of his customers, listening attentively and adapting dishes to European tastes if necessary.

Since 2020, the establishment has introduced takeaway sales and set up a branch on rue de Saint Dié, which Beverly, the couple’s daughter, runs with a masterful hand.

Ice cream season ice cream season

After getting hot from Moon Asia’s spicy Thai specialties, cool off with an ice cream from Beverly Ice, in the adjoining room. Open all summer long, the little boutique offers 36 flavors from the “Glaces des Alpes” master ice-cream maker, to be enjoyed in cones or jars, and even on the Moon Asia terrace for a moment of relaxation.

From classic flavors to the most original, the menu varies with the season, with spring flavors (strawberry-basil), autumnal flavors (mirabelle plum), and Asian-inspired flavors (matcha green tea, ginger, black sesame, letchi).
