In an old carpentry shop rehabilitated into an open and comfortable place, the restaurant tells Enfin seasonal cycles through a cuisine dedicated to nature and small producers of Alsace and sometimes France. In winter, vegetable products are limited. That’s why the team prepares jars all year round to keep a menu full of flavors. The citrus fruits of Menton come to convey the local cuisine this season, and we rediscover in a singular way, the hunting products and fish of the Brittany coast, in measured quantities.

On March 6, 2023, Enfin saw his efforts crowned with a Michelin star. The whole team is on its way to new adventures.
