Now run by Jacky Gonnin and his daughter Marine, the oldest restaurant in town has been given a new look with a warm wooden decor. The new kitchen team has developed a gourmet menu that gives pride of place to local products and “home-made”. This “winstub, but not only” is aimed at Mulhousians as well as people passing through. The unavoidable Alsatian dishes rub shoulders with the classics of the French brasserie.
This summer, on the beautiful Place de la Réunion, come and taste the ribs of black pig of Bigorre, the cordon bleu of milk-fed veal or a gourmet salad XXL.
