The granddaughter and great-granddaughter of grocers, Sandra Fricadel has opened her own delicatessen in Sélestat, which sets itself apart by its genuine focus on local residents. Our products are not only from Alsace, but also from small producers and regions all over France, as well as from Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium and Greece.
Among 1,500 sweet and savory items, from charcuterie and cheeses by the slice to wines and spirits, as well as over a hundred spices, Sandra offers nuggets such as some 30 olive oil items for summer, and as many vinegars.
