Edelw’ice

A gourmet link between the Alps and Alsace, this friendly chain is part of the La Compagnie des Glaces franchise founded in Annecy over 20 years ago. It unveils a succulent collection of ice creams and sorbets handcrafted from ingredients whose origin is rigorously controlled and which respect the charter established by the Confédération Nationale des Glaciers de France (CNGF): milk, cream, eggs, sugar, fruit and natural flavors. Edelw’Ice offers often unexpected flavours: cheesecake, tarte tropézienne, palet breton, Chartreuse, madeleine de Commercy, turron, reblochon… In winter, you can enjoy iced macaroons, Yule logs, Liège waffles, crêpes filled with chestnut cream or an Ice’Brioche.
