This is a traditional brewery that has been renovated into a beer bar.
The walls are in waxed concrete and the decoration is in “industrial” style, with walking lamps, ornate tables fixed to the wall, and trestles painted black. The owner, Isabelle, worked on most of the amenities.
They offer a variety of beers from around the world, with a selection of 400 beers from around the world in addition to the draft beers of the day.
The menu also offers platters of cold cuts and cheeses to accompany drinks. The couple hopes that their original venue will appeal to a cosmopolitan clientele and that it will stand out from other establishments. La Biererie By Brasserie du Casino produces eclectic cuisine in a modern and warm setting with a terrace in front of the Palais des Festivals.
