S’Amer Drinks

Known for their local orange bitter, artisanal and natural, Gaëlle and Christophe now welcome you to their new shop in the heart of the village of Barr.

The s’Amer products are gourmet and versatile liqueurs, produced on site in the workshop-boutique. With a beer, a white wine or a crémant (or even a coffee!), it is the natural Alsatian aperitif not to be missed. They inspire stunning cocktails with subtlety, are made from fresh products – organic as possible – and contain no coloring, preservatives or enhancers. In a spirit of sharing and conviviality, the hosts will be delighted to make you discover and taste them.
The shop is also a showcase for the producer friends of the Alsace center.
Regularly, over the course of the meetings, new local products find their place on the stalls.
