Originally from Corsica, Pascal Leonetti has been passionate about wine since the age of 15, and attended hotel schools in Île Rousse, Ajaccio and Illkirch-Graffenstaden, before joining the sommelier team at L’Auberge de l’Ill in 1998.
After more than 20 years in the restaurant business and the title of Meilleur Sommelier de France 2006, he decided in 2016 to develop his wine consulting business.
On a daily basis, Pascal Leonetti strives to make the finest terroir definitions accessible to both professionals and enlightened amateurs, and offers tailor-made services, guaranteeing optimized beverage sales.
