At 34, Gianfranco Scalzitti is a young entrepreneur with a passion for challenges.
At the head of the Enoteca Divino and Food Emporium platforms, he offers a complete and diversified range of Italian gastronomy and viticulture.
At the same time, he runs a bespoke wine list service for his network of professional customers, the La Vecchia Dogana boutique in Colmar, which specializes in the production and sale of fresh Italian pasta on the premises and to take away, and the new Ristorante Casa Dolce in Guebwiller, co-founded with his childhood friend Arnaud Cassani and Christophe Uhmann.
