At the age of 32, Pierre-Luc Tischmacher is a young beef cattle breeder based in Lautenbach.
Passionate about animals and the great outdoors from an early age, he grew up close to nature, where he found a real resource for body and mind.
Taken over in 2017, his 200-hectare farm is run organically, and his cattle graze 8 months of the year in the open air in the sub-Vosgian hills between the Vallée de Guebwiller and the Vallée Noble.
