Jacques Serillon

General Manager, Sources de Soultzmatt

Trained as an engineer, Jacques Serillon has been Managing Director of Les Sources de Soultzmatt for 20 years.
He employs around forty people, and this year is celebrating the centenary of the Lisbeth spring, the little sister of the Nessel spring, which has been in operation for over 150 years (the first written records of which date back to 1272!).
Pure and highly mineralized, these thousand-year-old springs were known for their medicinal virtues and gave their name to the town of Soultzmatt, “town of the salt meadows” (Sultz = salt, matte = meadow).
Today, Jacques Serillon continues to preserve this strong link between the town, its springs and its inhabitants.
