Manager, Domaine de l'École, Rouffach
Originally from the Vallée Noble, Hervé Bachmann discovered viticulture through the back door of the grape harvest, before his passion took hold.
He studied in Rouffach up to BTS level, before going on to do a bachelor’s and then a master’s degree in Dijon (IUVV).
After a number of high-quality professional experiences, he takes over the management of Domaine de l’École in November 2021.
Returning to high school is enriching and emotionally charged.
The project is beautiful and promising.
