Chairman of the Board of Confiserie Adam
Aude Adam-Tschaen represents the 4th generation at the head of the Confiserie Adam company, which was founded by her great-grandfather and his brothers in 1912.
Her educational background includes a BTS in small business management, another in production management, and a bachelor’s degree in management.
From an early age, Aude Adam knew she would take over the family business; she often says she “fell into it from a very early age”.
This has been the case for the past ten years, accompanied by her husband and with the support of her children, Louis (14) and Liséa (8).
