All of Brasserie GRENAILLE’s beers are brewed on site at Rosières aux Salines, using a traditional, hand-crafted method. These are top-fermented beers, unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.
They are produced under the “Nature & Progrès” label. Grenaille beers are therefore produced according to a set of specifications that take into account global ecological considerations. Malts and hops are chosen for their quality and origin (organically grown and as local as possible).
The day consists of a group brewing workshop interspersed with theory sessions.
Accessible to beginners, this is an “all-grain” brew (using grain malt and hops) by single-barrel infusion (the simplest method), followed by fermentation. 8-hour workshop (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.): group brews 20 liters of beer, followed by fermentation of the day’s brew.
