For 2 years, Valeria Albakov and Tristan Ringenbach offer a beautiful osmosis between food and wine in their restaurant Valtrivin, in Hachimette-Lapoutroie. She, a self-taught chef, he, a sommelier, both share a love of (and) gastronomy. Tristan has worked for more than 15 years in starred houses and has had several successes in national competitions. His passion for wine endows the establishment with a remarkable cellar of nearly 3000 references, including 1000 in Alsatian wines. This year, its wine list reached the final of the trophy “Les terroirs d’Alsace sur carte”, organized by the association ACT.

The young chef designed the room herself, which seats around twenty. In fine weather, the terrace welcomes the same number of guests.
Le Valtrivin also has 9 comfortable bedrooms and a dedicated room for private events (seminars, banquets…).
