When passion and culinary complicity meet

The Le Lien restaurant in Belfort is a gastronomic gem that perfectly embodies the philosophy of life and human complicity. It’s not just a place to eat, but a space for sharing and conviviality, a fusion of culinary tradition and contemporary innovation.

Behind this project are two enthusiasts: Jade and Enzo. Jade, your waitress, has been working in the restaurant business since 2016. With a background in law, she eventually chose to go into the restaurant business, a field more in tune with her personality and her human, sociable values. Prior to joining Le Lien, Jade was head waiter at Le Dix’vins in Belfort for four years, where she also shared her sommelier expertise, enriching the customer experience with impeccable food and wine pairings.

Enzo, the restaurant’s chef, studied cooking. His training was enriched by internships at prestigious establishments such as Le Chambard in Kaysersberg and Le France restaurant in Villers-le-Lac. These experiences have instilled in him the rigor and exacting standards needed to create a refined cuisine. Enzo then spent two years in Sète, in the Hérault region of France, where he perfected his expertise with fish. On his return to the region, he took up a chef’s position at Dix’vins, where he met Jade. Le Lien was born of this beautiful encounter, marked by complicity and passion.

Climatisation

Enzo’s cuisine stands out for its seasonality and the precision of its cooking. He particularly likes to use a product in different forms: roasted, candied, creamed, raw, emulsified… The possibilities are vast, which always encourages creativity. “Cooking is a playground for those with a passion for it,” he says.

Le Lien also attaches great importance to wines. The wine list, carefully selected by Jade, features local vintages and wines of international renown. The wines are selected directly from the vines, guaranteeing exceptional quality and perfect harmony with the dishes.
