The local big game specialist

Édouard Rapp is a Mulhouse enthusiast with a passion for hunting. In December 2019, he took over and transformed the Art Boucherie workshop in Fréland to install Nimrod, his brand of French wild game. Specialized in the big game of the Vosges and Alsace only: deer, strap, roe deer, and sometimes chamois and deer.

Nimrod is the only workshop to be certified by the Ballon des Vosges National Park for the origin of its products. A quality highly sought after by restaurateurs and recognized by the Culinary College of France for years. Expansion work was carried out in 2021.

Useful information:

More choices for more indulgence

Nimrod specializes in big game from the Vosges and Alsace only: deer, wild boar, roe deer, and sometimes chamois and deer.

The workshop will make you discover typical products such as cold cuts, ham, smoked wild boar ribeye. Come and discover hunting products in any season. Each stage of transformation is done on site, in the workshop.

All products are available on their website!

Hunting products in all seasons

For winter days, come and discover the lacquered fillet with soy and sesame, accompanied by its noodles or the deer like Flemish carbonade.

For the return of sunny days, the shop offers a range of barbecue based on game: different sausages to grill, such as the white wild boar sausage with organic Tomme des Vosges or the one with cumin seeds and new skewers, including the very popular doe skewer marinated in truffle.
