An authentic estate in the heart of Alsace's vineyards
In Eguisheim, Domaine Zinck has been a family business for three generations. Sensitivity to nature is passed down from generation to generation, and their cultivation has been Ecocert and DEMETER certified since September 2021. In tune with terroir and trends, the domaine now favors dry, mineral wines.
Taking the full measure of organic and biodynamic farming, Domaine Zinck produces authentic wines that fully express their terroirs. Manual harvesting and meticulous vinification enable them to preserve what has been created in the vineyard, from fruit to wine. The estate evolves daily, with the seasons and vintages, to present wines that are crystalline, pure, balanced, mineral and gastronomic.
On 14 hectares of vines, located between Eguisheim and Gueberschwihr, each wine range is adapted to a particular tasting moment. The Portrait range, fruity and light, is accessible and pleasant, and comes from the slopes of Eguisheim on light loam soils. The terroir range is complex, fruity and mineral, and comes from lieux-dits on clay-limestone and sandstone soils. The Grand Cru range is made up of demanding, intellectual wines from marl-limestone soils for the Pfersigberg, clay-limestone for the Eichberg and clay-limestone and sandstone for the Goldert. Terroir and Grand Cru wines are refined and ideal for gourmet occasions.
