UN AIR DE GAUFRES is a trademark registered by OUFTI KITCHEN (a company founded in 2016 by David VANHAM, a Belgian national), and dedicated to genuine Liège waffles.
The company is based on the site of the former cheese factory at Xertigny in the Vosges (FR).
Our waffles are baked by hand and packaged to be sold fresh and pre-packaged in our partner outlets.
We can also offer our freshly baked Liège waffles on our UN AIR DE GAUFRES event stands.

All our waffles are baked by hand in Xertigny.
So we offer fresh waffles in our store, but also at markets, fairs and events.
The dough for our waffles is home-made in Belgium.
The dough rises and is baked right here in the Vosges!
