The restaurant Le Cannibale selects meat breeds among the noblest.

The beef cuts are selected from meat breeds. A few pedigrees with evocative names: Kobe Beef, Galice, Salers, Gasconne, Aubrac, Simmental or even Black Angus, … the maturing process carried out by us guarantees the meat’s quality, tenderness and unrivalled flavor among our 40 meat breeds.

From starters to sauces and desserts, chef Steve and his brigade give “home-made” its letters of honor: a guarantee of quality and good taste.
Food is prepared on the premises from raw ingredients.

At the Cannibal, Chef Steve Fix and his brother Sébastien, select some of the noblest meat breeds, which they mature on the spot. Three labels stand out: the rarest, Kobe meat in Japan, then the Black Market and Black Onyx from Rangers Valley in Australia, all recognized around the world for their delicate taste and marbled fat. Top your meal with an exceptional drink, among 250 wines, a private menu with rarer references such as Mouton Rothschild, and no less than 140 rums.
