A culinary journey, a fusion of Asia and France
In Thann’s oldest establishment, dating back to 1850 and completely renovated, the new Le 58 restaurant now boasts a modern, Zen-like decor, with a Japanese industrial feel.
Chef Jérôme Antenat’s bistronomic fusion cuisine draws on the Laotian origins of his wife Nathalie, and is inspired by all the culinary traditions of the Asian continent, with a quest for French taste and elegance, while blending culinary traditions from all over Asia.
On the à la carte menu, the chef’s creativity promises a true voyage for the senses: “Beef tataki in 2 courses” in the Japanese tradition, “Magret, façon canard laqué” or “Pavé de lotte au chorizo en crème safranée, infusée aux bleuets” (monkfish steak with chorizo and saffron cream, infused with blueberries).
Here, then, is a glimpse of the unique character of Restaurant Le 58, combining a rich history, meticulous modern decor and innovative fusion cuisine.
