Master Sommelier
A native of the small Moselle village of Abreschviller, at the foot of the Donon, Valère Roussel has been sommelier at the Atelier du Peintre since September 2020, where he highlights the excellent collaboration with Caroline Cordier and chef Loïc Lefebvre. Since then, he’s been discovering the heart of Colmar with pleasure.
“I was born in Moselle, my whole family lives in Franche-Comté, but my heart is in Alsace!” A Master Sommelier for 6 years, he is also an active member of the Association des Sommeliers d’Alsace.
At the same time, his work as a wine expert for the Chambre des Notaires du Bas-Rhin, at the Hôtel des Vente in Entzheim, enables him to learn a great deal more.
