Russian-style generosity
Regarding the main course, the restaurant highlights 9 specialties. We’ve already talked about beef and chicken à la Stroganoff. But the house also offers stuffed pepper, varenikis (Russian ravioli), pelmeni, khinkalis. Or an authentic orloff calf.
The restaurant also offers vegetarian dishes. Based on rice and vegetables, they allow everyone to benefit from their know-how.
The restaurant highlights on its menu its different sauces that they present to us. Including their succulent mushroom stroganoff sauce (crème fraîche, mustard, tomato sauce, onions, spices), as well as their slightly spicy tomato sauce inspired by Adjika, a typical Georgian sauce.
As an accompaniment, enjoy a choice of homemade mashed potatoes, baked vegetables with spices, rice with onions and carrots, tomato ogre with vegetables, buckwheat with onions and carrots or a refreshing green salad.
