This spring

After a tarte flambée as an aperitif on the large sunny terrace, let yourself be tempted by a spring starter “crème de morels, green lentils from Le Puy, poached egg & first breaded asparagus” accompanied by a glass of Pinot Blanc Rosenberg from Domaine Barmès-Buecher.

This summer

The restaurant’s menu suggests summer and light dishes such as beautiful salads, including the summer bestsellers: “prawns in tempura and avocado” and “Thai marinated chicken”. And we opt for a sweet rosé from Alsace to toast in the summer!
