A limited menu, constantly evolving with the seasons, guarantees the freshness and quality of ingredients for optimal taste. Everything is prepared on site from raw ingredients, in the spirit of “home-cooked” cuisine, where each dish is designed with care and expertise.
Les Embruns is also committed to supporting local producers and promoting short circuits. Seasonal vegetables come mainly from the “Panier Bio de chez nous”, guaranteeing impeccable freshness and quality. The fish, mostly wild, comes from the Arcachon fish auction, while the meats, such as duck breast, are supplied directly by renowned local producers such as Maison Dandieu des Landes.
