For the sincere pleasure of pleasing, Frédéric and Vanessa invite you to come and eat at their place. There is a “like at home” atmosphere that we appreciate so much. The Issenheim restaurant welcomes its customers in the wing of the “Château d’Issenheim”, in completely redesigned premises. A little nod to the historical past of the place, the redevelopment to keep the industrial spirit.
A Maître Restaurateur and member of the Collège Culinaire de France, “La Table de Fred” has quickly made a name for itself since it opened. Renewing his menu every six to eight weeks depending on seasonal products, the Chef masters a wide range of dishes to delight your taste buds.

Frédéric and his team claim a traditional, fine and refined, elaborate cuisine. All the products are fresh and it relies on a daily supply. A cuisine as good as it is beautiful through subtly worked dishes.
Among the essentials, the Fred’s Charolais Beef Tartare and the Poultry Cordon Bleu -chorizo & mozzarella-, creamy sauce with fresh button mushrooms and rustic French fries.
Try the Valentine’s Day menu with a starter: terrine of duck foie gras from the chef, fruit chutney of the moment, toasted brioche. As a main course, succumb to the grilled scallops, truffle risotto, shizo. On the gourmet side, taste the flowing chocolate heart, raspberry sorbet.
This winter, discover the special menu for the end of the year with: French beef rib steak, shallot sauce, roasted Misserlas with herbs and to finish Fine chocolate tartlet.
