Maître Restaurateur and member of Tables & Auberges de France, Caveau Morakopf is an address devoted to Alsace and its traditions. At the helm, Céline Fidrie and Lukas Edl want to offer authentic and careful cuisine. There are the most typical dishes that have become rare, such as calf’s head or pork tongue, and a must of the house for 40 years: Bœuf Gros Sel. 100% French cooked for 4 hours in a broth of local vegetables.
The winstub boasts a charmingly decorated shaded terrace, levelled on several levels for guests’ privacy.
