After having been a sommelier for 20 years with my brother at the Chambard in Kaysersberg, and having had the pleasure of rubbing shoulders with the winemakers who made me dream. I decided to put my experience at the service of private customers but also of restaurant owners, by trying to make the beautiful values of my passion accessible…
This month I would like to introduce you to 4 divine vintages that represent, in my opinion, the synthesis of of happiness. Always to be tasted with pleasure, these wines are the archetypes of what can restore grape varieties and terroirs. These are nuggets that we would like to drink at all the good moments of our lives.
Emblematic reference of the Loire Center, it is Paul-Henry who vinifies with precision this cuvée resulting from the only parcel of the appellation on a rock 100% flint. It is a wine of great purity, tense and pure.
On the palate, the wine is chiseled, nicely lemony and very persistent.
This wine should be enjoyed with oysters, a small stuffed quail or wonderful goat cheese from the region.
It is with passion that I propose you the white of Muriel and Stéphane Giudicelli.
You will have the pleasure of discovering a vibrant and sensual Vermentino, with wonderful aromas of white flowers, iodine and lemon. In the mouth, this nectar is smooth and flattering.
Ideal to accompany the squids of the bay of Saint-Florent or a cheese of ewe, the Venaco.

Under its bright purple reflections, this wine will enchant you by its extraordinary greediness and delicacy. With a gentle ray of sunshine, you will accompany this wine with a barbecued beef rib, not forgetting thyme and laurel.
It is in Andlau that I had the pleasure to discover this fabulous domain, and this vintage which bewitched me by its freshness. This is a great Alsace Pinot Noir without added sulfites, with finesse, elegance and a touch of the new generation of the estate, Jessica and Pierre.
With an intense and luminous color, this wine reveals notes of small red fruits slightly Kirsch, and elegant tannins in mouth. Grilled red and white meats will go perfectly with this beautiful vintage.
