We are located in the heart of the old town of Colmar, near the Cathedral Square and just a stone’s throw from the magnificent Pfister house. We are committed to offering you authentic homemade Alsatian cuisine as well as seasonal suggestions. We highlight local products such as Munster cheese through various emblematic dishes of the house for over 40 years, such as our “Roesti” in our own way or the ham hock with Munster. We have 2 rooms, decorated in an unusual way, one highlighting local legends about witches and the other the tradition of copper cauldrons, as well as a pleasant terrace.
