L’Auberge aux 4 Saisons is a warm, modern restaurant that skilfully combines local Alsatian produce with contemporary sensibilities. We welcome our 30 guests at lunchtime with a choice of bistronomic dishes, and in the evening with an attractive short menu that changes frequently, guaranteeing freshness and seasonality.

Since this summer, the former restaurant of Wasen, in Munster, has given way to a more modern establishment that values the beautiful local products in a subtle and delicate way. L’Auberge aux 4 Saisons, run by Charlotte Rouault-Lorand and her husband Nicolas Lorand, offers a bistro-style menu at lunchtime, with a focus on classic regional dishes, and an ever-changing menu in the evening, featuring seasonal produce. The couple cut their teeth in various starred and renowned establishments, in Alsace and throughout France.
