A Franco-Japanese mix
A meeting between Japan and France, creations of excellence for professionals and individuals. This is the crazy project undertaken by Maison Hirose. Naoto Hirose and Paul Petersen are very attached to the quality of local products, they offer breads, pastries as well as refined and original pastries, inspired by the Franco-Japanese mixture. Located in downtown Colmar and recently in Sélestat, La Maison Hirose also delivers its products throughout Alsace 365 days a year.
Hirose creations are quality products, handcrafted from the finest organic raw materials. Maison Hirose makes it a point of honor to use local know-how to develop its products.
Let yourself be surprised by the “melon pan”, a brioche covered with a plain cookie dough, a Japanese specialty.
