Craft beer from Alsace
Le Centième Singe brewery is a microbrewery created in 2020 by Hugues and his son Vincent in the small village of Altwiller in Alsace Bossue.
At the end of 2022, after 2 years of production at 100L/brassin and renovation of an old barn into a brewing facility, the brewery moved to a 500L/brassin capacity.
