The Emile Jung Trophy

At the EGAST exhibition in Strasbourg, the first edition of the Emile Jung Trophy took place. Created by the Federation of Chefs of Alsace, this prize pays tribute to Emile Jung, the late chef of the restaurant Au Crocodile in Strasbourg. On the theme of the Best Seafood Croustade using raw products, 6 candidates competed in front of a renowned jury. Jonathan Lux (Restaurant le Cerf in Marlenheim) won the competition, followed by Audrey Stippich (6717 Nature Hotel & Spa – Le Clos des Délices in Ottrott) and Sébastien Hopgood (l’Essentiel in Barr).
