The Umaï Ramen restaurant embodies the dream of Loan and her husband Fabrice, and offers traditional Japanese ramen. Everything is made in a traditional way in the restaurant from raw and regional products – from breeders and producers of Alsace as possible, if not imported directly from Japan. Broths and sauces are homemade on a daily basis, as well as, from January, the “wheat noodles” (in Japanese “Ramen”).
