Brasserie Les Semblables, located in Mietesheim in Alsace, is a committed and innovative microbrewery, integrated into the rural Tiers-Lieu of the Oasis Multikulti. Founded by Etienne and Eliott, this brewery stands out for its commitment to environmentally and socially responsible practices, using mainly local raw materials and adhering to the Nature&Progrès label.
The brewery offers a wide range of craft beers, available in bottles and kegs. The permanent range includes carefully crafted legendary styles, while the ephemeral range features original recipes to satisfy every taste bud. Each beer is crafted with particular attention to flavor and is often illustrated by local artists, underscoring the importance of art and culture in the brewery’s identity.
Brasserie Les Semblables was created with the aim of producing high-quality craft beers while respecting sustainable principles. Located in an Alsatian farmhouse, it is part of the Oasis Multikulti, a space dedicated to creativity, agroecology and conviviality. This café hosts a variety of activities, including artist residencies, local markets, and beer brewing and tasting workshops.
