Heir to an Italian bakery grandmother, Pascal wanted to continue the family tradition. Since opening his first restaurant in 1992, he has continued to improve his pizza dough out of passion and love of taste. For more than 20 years, he gave himself body and soul for what has become a real life goal. Using Michelina “Mamma” and some traditional recipes, he develops his own dough, unique and faithful to his vision of pizza without fuss.
To try this winter: the white pizza Inverno (“winter” in Italian) that warms hearts, with its cream, gorgonzola and spicy salami.
