A pure Alsatian born in Colmar, and self-taught, Nathalie Desaulles worked for Citroën for 25 years, before accepting the position of manager of the BMW-MINI – Groupe Hess Automobile dealership in Mulhouse last July.
A sunny, outspoken woman, she describes herself as a bon vivant, with a strong attachment to regional gastronomy.
Full of superlatives, the best Kougelhopf in the world is unquestionably her mother Françoise’s, bursting with almonds (“isn’t it the best of the best?!”).
