In the center of Saint-Angel in Haute-Corrèze, a new hub of conviviality has emerged: a restaurant offering traditional and homemade cuisine, nestled at the foot of the Priory of Saint-Michel-des-Anges, a historic site dating back to 783.
This unique place, opened in 2022, is the creation of a passionate individual with a long career in the culinary arts. The restaurant can accommodate 35 guests indoors and 30 on the terrace.
The menu, rich with seasonal dishes such as coq au vin, sausage in brioche, or the famous truffade, is a tribute to French regional cuisine. Each dish is carefully prepared, showcasing local products and seasonal vegetables.
