A chef and exceptional products
The raw materials are imported directly from Italy and the chef completes with fresh products from butchers and local producers. After kneading and working the dough by hand, he twirls it in the purest Italian tradition and for the pleasure of the eyes. Not everyone can improvise pizzaïolo, the profession is acquired by dint of time and experience, Rosario is the proof.
On the fringes of tradition, our choice fell on the Panuzzu decorated with cherry tomatoes, olive oil, anchovies, pecorino, garlic, basil and oregano. A custom of southern Italy, panuzzu is a warm bread baked in a wood-fired oven that the nonna de Rosario embellished with simple and good ingredients when the whole family gathered. Thanks to the tasty products imported from Italy, the Chef signs his own versions of this specialty, including panuzzu bufala with cherry tomatoes, cured ham, arugula, parmesan and buffalo mozzarella.
Before leaving, the establishment invites you to fill your empty bottle with a delicious cold-pressed Sicilian olive oil!
